Join us for a hands-on culinary experience taught by Chef Madison from a food truck Iowa Distilling Company holds near & dear to our heart (and taste buds), Pho Wheels & Sushi, where you will master the basics of sushi rolling so you can create your favorite rolls at home! Learn how to roll, cut and plate both a California Roll and a Spicy Tuna Roll for the first hour of the event, then indulge in your creations, mingle, and enjoy more handcrafted cocktails from Iowa Distilling Company.
